1392 LAWS or MARYLAND. [CH. 552

(a) The sum of five hundred dollars to Emanuel Lutheran
Church of Manchester, Carroll County, State of Maryland,

(b) To the bequest of all the rest, residue and remainder of
his said estate to his executor in trust to be safely invested the
income therefrom to be paid annually to Lavina Leese and Ellen
Weaver, share and share alike, during their natural lives, and
should one survive the other the interest shall all be paid to the
survivor and at their death the principal to be paid over to
Emanuel Lutheran Church of Manchester, Carroll County,
Maryland.

164. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Mary Anna Reifsnider, late of Carroll County, Maryland,
deceased, of record among the will records of Carroll County in
Liber WA No. 12, folio 483, etc., of the sum of one hundred
dollars to the All Saints Sisters of Baltimore.

165. To the bequest of remainder interest in one-half of
residuary estate to Presbyterian Home of Maryland, Incorpor-
ated, Young Men's Christian Association of Baltimore, Young
Women's Christian Association of Baltimore City, The Board of
Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the United
States of America, Board of Home Missions of the Presbyterian
Church in the United States of America, Woman's Union Mis-
sionary Society of America, as mentioned in the will of Alvin N.
Bastable, deceased, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber H. W. J. No. 140, folio 564.

166. To the following bequests contained in sixteenth item
of the Will of Ferdinand Bernheimer, deceased, recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in "Wills"
Liber H. W. J. No. 138, folio 230.

(a) A two-tenths interest in the income and two-ninths in-
terest in the principal of a trust fund of $60, 000 to the Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the time being and his
successors forever, a corporation sole under the laws of the
State of Maryland (also called in will Cardinal Gibbons or his*
successor from time to time in the office of Archbishop of Bal-
timore).

(b) A five-tenths interest in the income and a five-ninths in-
terest in the principal of the last mentioned trust fund to Asso-
ciated Jewish Charities, the gift under the Will being to the
Federated Jewish Charities, which with another body was con-
solidated to form the Associated Jewish Charities.
