167. To the gift of remainder interest in $6, 300 fund to
Board of Trustees of St. Patrick's School of Baltimore City con-
tained in deed from James F. Donahue to Safe Deposit & Trust
Company of Baltimore, dated August 13, 1912.

168. To the following bequests contained in the Will of
James F. Donahue recorded in the office of Register of Wills of
Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber H. W. J. No. 141, folio 73.

169. (a) The sum of Nine hundred dollars ($900) to Asso-
ciated Professors of St. Marys Seminary in Baltimore City.

(b) The sum of five hundred dollars ($500) to St. Vincent
de Paul Society of Baltimore City for the poor of St. Patrick's
Parish.

(c) All testator's books to Trustees of St. Charles College.

(d) All testator's ecclesiastical vessels, vestments, etc., to
Pastor of St. Patrick's Church of Baltimore City.

(e) Residue of estate to Trustees of St. Patrick's School of
Baltimore City.

170. To the following bequests contained in the Will of Isaac
E. Hess, deceased, recorded in the office of Register of Wills of
Baltimore City in ''Wills' Liber H. W. J. No. 143, folio 426.

(a) The sum of fifty dollars ($50. 00) to the Hebrew Hos-
pital and Asylum Association of Baltimore City.

(b) The sum of fifty dollars ($50. 00) to the Hebrew Benevo-
lent Society of Baltimore City.

(c) The sum of fifty dollars ($50. 00) to the Hebrew Orphan
Asylum of Baltimore City.

171. To the bequest of five thousand dollars ($5, 000) to the
Presbyterian Home of Maryland, Incorporated, contained in the
Will of Jean Fenton Kerr, deceased, recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber E. R. D.
No. 146, folio 448.

172. To the bequest and devise by the Will of Mary L. Abell
of her estate to the Academy of the Visitation of Wilmington.
Delaware, said "Will being recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City, in "Wills" Liber H. W. J. No. 143,
folio 1.

173. To the bequest of two hundred dollars ($200) to the
