cese of Maryland, dated February 11, 1881, recorded among the
land records of Baltimore City in Liber PAP No. 898, folio 111,
&c.; and to the deed from Mary M. Eaton, Maria L. Eaton and
Frances E. Weld, to the Vestry of Grace and St. Peters Church,
dated December 26th, 1923, recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City, in Liber SCL 4130, folio 415, etc., covering the
parcel of ground in Baltimore City situate at the southeast corner
of Pratt and Chester Streets.

159. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Elizabeth Rinehart, late of Carroll County, Maryland, de-
ceased, of the sum of Three hundred dollars to The Cassell Home
for the Aged at Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland.

160. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of David E. Stem, late of Carroll County, Maryland, deceased, of
the sum of One thousand dollars to the Trustees of the Method-
ist Episcopal Church of Bethel, Westminster Circuit, Carroll
County, Maryland.

161. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Sarah Fisher Roop, late of Carroll County, Maryland, de-
ceased, of the net proceeds of sale derived from the sale of her
estate together with such other funds or money as her executor
may have in his hands, to the Vestry of the Parish of the As-
cension of Carroll County.

162. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Milly Earhart, late of Carroll County, Maryland,
deceased, among the will records of Carroll County in Liber
WA No. 12, folio 562, etc.

(a) The one-half of all the rest, residue and remainder of
her estate unto the body corporate of the Reformed Church,
conducting an orphan asylum for boys and girls in Adams
County, Pennsylvania, general known by the name of the Hoff-
man Orphanage and

(b) The other half of all the rest, residue and remainder of
her estate unto the body corporate of the Lutheran Church con-
ducting an orphan asylum at Loysville in the State of Penn-
sylvania.

163. To the following bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Jeremiah Yingling, late of Carroll County. Mary-
land, deceased, in Liber WA No. 12, folio 441, etc., of
