of the Presbyterian Church in Pocomoke City, Worcester Coun-
ty, State of Maryland, under will of Thomas H. Broadwater, pro-
bated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, March 31, 1923.
151. To the deed from George R. Nake to the Faith Evangeli-
cal Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, Liber SCL No. 4143,

152. To the bequest of Mary A. C. Murray, of West River,
Anne Arundel County, of $1, 000. 00 to the Vestry of Christ
Church, West River.
153. To the deed and conveyance in fee-simple from William
B. Finney and Floride Bott Finney, his wife, to the First Sev-
enth-Day Adventist Church, of Baltimore City, Maryland, a.
corporation of the State of Maryland, which deed is dated Feb-
ruary 12th, 1924, in Liber SCL 4180, folio 63, etc., conveying all
those six lots of ground situate in Baltimore City, described as
lots 416, 417, 418, 419, 420 and 421 in Block C on the revised
plat of Edgecombe Park.
154. To the bequest of Elizabeth Schilling, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, to the Grace English Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City, two hundred dollars, recorded in Liber HWJ

155. To the bequest of $300 to the Trustees of Mount Union
Church, located in Middleburg District, Carroll County, the in-
come to be used in keeping the grave yard in proper condition
and repair, in the will of Martha E. Haines.

157. To the deed dated February 27th. 1924, from Robert
J. Tollenger, et al, to the Trustees of Webster Community
Church, recorded in the land records of Harford County in
Liber DGW No. 186, folio 308, conveying a lot or parcel of land
situated on the northerly side of the road leading from Webster
to Havre de Grace in Harford County, Maryland.
