145. To the last will and testament of Rachel M. Davis, late
of Baltimore City, deceased, the Trustees of the Saint Mark's
English Evangelical Lutheran Church, a body corporate, in trust
for the trust purposes in said will set forth including the pay-
ment of annual income from irredeemable rents, Liber HWJ
No. 144, folio 411.

146. To the grant and deed made and executed by H. Web-
ster Cook to the Board of Deaconess Work of the United Luth-
eran Church in America, a body corporate, which deed is dated
October 3, 1922, recorded among the land records of Baltimore
City, Liber SCL No. 3918, folio 533, conveying reversion or
yearly rent of $120 on No. 2002 E. Thirtieth Street, in Balti-
more City; and to the grant and deed made and executed by the
City Real Estate Company to said grantee, conveying a rever-
sion or yearly rent of $78 on 4806 Wayne Avenue in Baltimore
City; and to the grant and deed made and executed by Mary
Mead Dean to said grantee which deed is dated August 13, 1923,
Liber SCL No. 4060, folio 111, conveying reversion or yearly
rent of $90 on No. 2430 Liberty Heights Avenue, in Baltimore
City; and to the grant and deed made and executed by John W.
Adams and wife to said grantee which deed is dated August
31st, 1923, Liber SCL 4074, folio 191, conveying reversion or
yearly rent of $60 on No. 5301 Midwood Avenue, Kenilworth
Park, in Baltimore City; and to grant and deed made and exe-
cuted by Louis J. Burger, et all, trustees, to said grantee, dated
November 9, 1923, Liber SCL 4103, folio 306, conveying rever-
sion or yearly rent of $75 on No. 338 N. Hilton Street, in Balti -
more City.

147. To the deed of a lot of ground in fee-simple in Baltimore
County, Maryland, from The Mission Board of the Baltimore
Congregations belonging to the Evangelical Lutheran Synodical
Conference of North America of Baltimore City, a body cor-
porate to the Saint James Evangelical Lutheran Church of Bal-
timore County, a body corporate, recorded in land records of
Baltimore County, State of Maryland, in Liber WPC No. 331,
folio 86, etc.

148. To the purchase by Fort Avenue Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore City of the fee-simple properties now known
as Nos. 301 and 303 E. Fort Avenue, from John George and
Violet George, his wife.

149. To the following sub-lease from Bernard Hoffman to The
Tzemach Sedek Nusach Hoarrie Hebrew Congregation of Balti-
