137. To the grant and deed made and executed by Archie
Holloway to the Fulton Baptist Church of Baltimore City, con-
veying a lot of ground known as No. 633 Mosher Street, Balti-
more City, Liber SCL 3691, folio 559.

138. To the gift and bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Mary R. Brown, duly probated, Liber HWJ No.
140, folio 367, to the Trustees of the Springfield Presbyterian
Church, Sykesville, Carroll County, Maryland, the sum of One
thousand dollars, in trust to invest the same and apply the
income arising therefrom to the repair of said church and grave
yard attached thereto.

139. To the grant and deed made and executed by Leigh
Bonsai to the Board of Foreign Missions of the United Lutheran
Church in America, a body corporate, conveying a lot of ground
known as No. 18 E. Mount Vernon Place, in Baltimore City.

140. To the gift and bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Amelia J. Hamilton, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, recorded in Liber HWJ No. 142, folio 155, to the Wo-
man's Home and Foreign Missionary Society of St. Mark's
Evangelical Lutheran Church the sum of One hundred dollars
($100).

141. To the grant and deed made and executed by M. Maur-
ice Meyer and wife to the Trustees of Severna Park Presbyterian
Church, a body corporate, recorded among the land records of
Anne Arundel County, Maryland, in Liber WNW 67, folio 285.
conveying two lots of ground at the corners of Vernon Place and
the northeast side of Annapolis Boulevard.

142. To the following gifts, bequests and devises contained in
the last will and testament of George F. Heubeck, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, to the Trustees of Saint Mark's Evangeli-
cal Lutheran Church, a body corporate, the sum of Five hundred
dollars.

143. To the last will and testament of Emma R. Becker, late
of Baltimore City, deceased, to the Trustees of Saint Mark's
Evangelical Lutheran Church, a body corporate, the sum of
One thousand dollars ($1, 000).

144. To the last will and testament of William H. H. Fisch-
er, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to the Trustees of Saint
Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, a body corporate, the sum
