Church of Baltimore City for the use and benefit of the Board
of Home Missions and Church Extension of the United Luth-
eran Church in America, recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 3941, folio 378, etc.

132. To the grant and deed made and executed by Edward
A. Laws and wife to Alpheus W. Wilson Memorial Methodist
Episcopal Church South, Inc., conveying a lot of ground known
as 309 E. University Parkway in Baltimore City, recorded in
Liber SCL 3867, folio 450.

133. To the grant and deed made and executed by Baltimore
Fells Point Hebrew Friendship Congregation, a body corporate,
to the Trustees of the Aitz Chaim Hebrew Congregation of
Baltimore City, conveying a certain lot of ground situate on the
east side of Eden Street, south of Baltimore Street, in Baltimore
City, recorded in Liber R. O. 1964, folio 383.

134. To the grant and deed made and executed by Sarah J.
Montgomery, et al., to The Home of All Saints Sisters of the
Poor of Baltimore City, a lot of ground on the east side of
Warwick Avenue, extending from Northwest Street to Presbury
Street.

135. To the bequests and devises under the seventh item of
the last will and testament of Helen M. Pendleton, recorded in
Wills Liber JHB No. 41, folio 61, to the Senior Bishop of the
Methodist Episcopal Church, South, and deed from the Colonial
Trust Co., substituted Trustees, to Warren A. Candler, Senior
Bishop of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, Trustees,
conveying the two reversions or yearly rents of $46. 15 and $50
issuing to No. 1409 Druid Hill Avenue and No. 941 N. Broad-
way, respectively, in Baltimore City.

136. To the following gifts and bequests contained in the last
will and testament of Julia J. Hayes, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, duly probated and recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City, Liber HWJ No. 142, folio 511, to
the Alpheus W. Wilson Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church,
South, Incor., the sum of Twelve thousand dollars ($12, 000);
To the Board of Missions of the Methodist Episcopal Church,
South, a body corporate, for the use and benefit of the building
known as Hayes Wilkens Bible School, located at Sungkiang,
China, the sum of Twenty-five hundred dollars ($2, 500. 00);
To the Trustees of the Central Methodist Church South, a body
corporate, the sum of One thousand dollars ($1, 000).
