1386 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 552

Baltimore City, as set forth in the will and testament of Mary M.
Nicklas, late of Baltimore City, recorded in Liber HWJ No. 142,
folio 101.

128. To the sale, grant, deed, assignment and conveyance of
the leasehold interest and estate and terms of years in to and
out of a certain lot or parcel of ground and premises situate and
lying and being in the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland,
northeast corner of Monument and Glover Streets, made by
James E. McQuade and Lillian B. McQuade, his wife, to and for
the use and benefit of the Bethany English Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City, a body corporate, dated December 3rd, 1923,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
SCL No. 4113, folio 438, etc.

129. To the sale, grant, deed and conveyance of a certain
fee-simple lot or parcel of ground and premises situate lying
and being in the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland, on the
northeast side of University Parkway with the southwest side of
Guilford Terrace, described in a deed from Henry Melville Wil-
son, Executor, to the Philip C. Mueller Building Co., dated April
14th, 1914, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
City in Liber SCL No. 2891, folio 305, etc., made by the Luth-
eran Church Extension Society of Baltimore City, a body cor-
porate, to and for the use and benefit of the Luther Memorial
Church of Baltimore, Md., recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City, in Liber SCL No. 3670, folio 481, etc.

130. To the grant, deed and conveyance by way of mortgage
of a certain fee-simple lot of ground and premises situate lying
and being in the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland, at the
corner formed by the intersection of the northeast side of Uni-
versity Parkway with the southeast side of Guilford Terrace,
(also known as Guilford Avenue), made by The Luther Me-
morial Church of Baltimore, Md., a body corporate, for the use
and benefit of the Board of Home Missions and Church Exten-
sion of the United Lutheran Church in America, dated November
17th, 1920, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
City in Liber SCL 3685, folio 454, etc.

131. To the grant, deed and conveyance by way of mortgage
of a certain fee-simple lot or parcel of ground and premises sit-
uate, lying and being in the City of Baltimore, State of Mary-
land, at the corner formed by the intersection of the northern-
most side of Edmondson Avenue, with the easternmost side of
Lyndhurst Street, made by All Saints Evangelical Lutheran
