(i) The sum of Five thousand dollars unto the Nursery and
Child's Hospital, of Schroeder and Franklin Streets, Baltimore,
Md., for the purpose of furnishing and endowing a room in
said hospital, to be known as the Mary C. Cording room.

(j) The sum of Five thousand dollars to the Home for Incur-
ables of Baltimore City, of East Twenty-first Street, Baltimore,
Md., for the purpose of furnishing and endowing a room in
said home, to be known as the Mary C. Cording room.

(k) The sum of Five thousand dollars to the Church Home
and Infirmary on Broadway, for the purpose of furnishing and
endowing a room in said Hospital, to be known as the Mary C.
Cording room.

(l) The sum of Five thousand dollars to the Eudowood Sana-
torium at Towson, for the purpose of furnishing and endowing
a room in said Sanatorium.

114. To the following devises and bequests contained in the
will of Constance Winn, late of Baltimore City, State of Mary-
land, dated September 4th, 1920, duly probated in the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore City.

To Rev. William A. McClenthen.

Ebony crucifix.

$1, 000. 00 to be used for Church Memorial.

$1, 000. 00 to be used for personal legacy.

Conditional estate in ground rent of $158. 00 on No. 205 East
North Avenue.

Conveyed by deed recorded in Liber JB No. 1422, folio 177,
&c.

Condition estate in ground rent of $30. 00 on No. 114 North
Bond Street, conveyed by deed duly recorded in Liber J. B.
No. 1095, folio 366, for $75. 00 in lieu of Executor's commissions.

To Vestry of Mt. Calvary Protestant Episcopal Church, Balti-
more, Md., certain pieces of jewelry.

Reversion of ground rent of $158. 00 on No. 213 East North
Avenue, conveyed by deed duly recorded in Liber J. B. No,
1422, folio 177, &c.

Reversion in the following ground rents:

$17. 50 on 531 Mosher Street,
17. 50 on 533 Mosher Street,
20. 50 on 535 Mosher Street,
21. 00 on 537 Mosher Street,
22. 50 on 539 Mosher Street,
