the said body corporate dated the 27th day of February, A. D.

One from George I. Whelan and Louisa W. Mallinkrodt to
the said body corporated dated the 3rd day of April, A. D. 1923,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in
Liber SCL No. 3989, folio 130, &c.

One from George I. Whelan to the said body corporate dated
the 12th day of April, A. D. 1923, and one from Louisa W.
Mallinckrodt to the said body corporate, dated the 27th day of
April, A. D. 1923.

113. To the following gifts, bequests and devises contained
in the last will and testament of Mary C. Cording, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, which said last will and testament was
duly admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
City, June 8th, 1923, Liber HWJ ERD No. 145, folio 84.

(a) The sum of Five hundred dollars to the Lutheran
Church of the Holy Comforter, in Govanstown.

(b) The sum of One hundred dollars unto the Lutheran
Church of the Holy Comforter, in Govanstown, for the use of
the Sunday School of said Church.

(c) The sum of Two hundred dollars unto the Gregory Me-
morial Baptist Church of Baltimore County, in Govanstown.

(d) The sum of One hundred dollars, unto the Gregory Me-
morial Baptist Church of Baltimore County, in Govanstown.
for the use of the Sunday School of said Church.

(e) The sum of One hundred dollars unto the Govanstown
Presbyterian Congregation, in Govanstown, for the use of the
Sunday School of said Congregation.

(f) The sum of Two hundred dollars into the German Or-
phan Asylum of 224 Aisquith Street, Baltimore, Md.

(g) The sum of Two hundred dollars unto the German Aged
Home, of 1940 W. Baltimore Street, Baltimore, Md.

(h) The sum of Three hundred dollars unto the Augsburg
Home for Orphans and Aged, of 746 West Lexington Street.
