of Wilkens Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church, South, in the
City of Baltimore, a body corporate, of the reversions in and
ground rents on five certain lots of ground in the City of Balti-
more, dated and recorded as follows: One lot by Annie Wentz,
two lots by Mary Healy and Martin Healy, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, two lots by Paul M. Burnett and wife.

(a) Deed of Annie Wentz, dated May 26th, 1922, and re-
corded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL
No. 3866, folio 254.

(b) Deed of Mary Healy and Martin Healy, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entireties, dated July 17th, 1922, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
SCL No. 3884, folio 369, &c.

(c) Deed of Paul M. Burnett and wife, dated November 16th,
1922, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City,
in Liber SCL 3934, folio 622.

116. To the sale, grant, conveyance, surrender, release and
