in the City of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland, of a one-
third part of which I am the owner, I give devise and bequeth
to the amount of ($20, 000) to the Right Reverend Joseph Char-
trand, Coadjutor Bishop of the Diocese of Indianapolis, Indiana,
with the right of succession and Vicar General of the said Dio-
cese of Indianapolis, as my contribution towards the erection of
a cathedral for the Diocese of Indianapolis, said sum to be paid
immediately upon my death or as soon as is practicable. Re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in
Liber HWJ 129, folio 476.

Item 4. Also the following bequest in said bill to The St.
Vincent's Infirmary, of the Sisters of Charity of the Community
Emmitsburg, in the State of Maryland, in the City of Indianap-
olis in the State of Indiana, the sum of $3, 500. 00 which said sum
is to be used to maintain one free bed in the said Infirmary and
which said sum is to bear interest at the rate of five per cent per
annum from the date of my death until paid.

112. To sundry deeds to The Associated Professors of Loy-
ola College in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate.

One from Thomas A. Whelan and wife, Mary Whelan, Octa-
via W. Forman and George W. Reid to the said body corporate,
dated the second day of December, A. D. 1922, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No.
3989, folio 129, &c.

One from Emily Gegan to the said body corporate dated the
fourth day of December, A. D. 1922, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 3989, folio
132, &c.

One from Francis A. Lewis and wife to the said body cor-
porate, dated the 15th day of December, A. D. 1922, and re-
corded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL
No. 3989, folio 130, &c.

One from Mary Marron to the said body corporate dated the
4th day of December, A. D. 1922, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 3989, folio 133, &c.

One from Mary T. Edelen to the said body corporate dated
the 9th day of December, A. D. 1922, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 3989. folio

One from Thomas E. Gardiner to the said body corporate
