108. To the deeds from Frank M. Stephen, unmarried, and
James H. Rimmer and Mary Alice Rimmer, his wife, to the
Trustees of the Riverdale Presbyterian Church, dated June 2nd,
1921, and December 4th, 1922, respectively, recorded among the
land records in Prince George's County, Maryland, in Liber
No. 174, folio 286, and Liber JWB No. 5, folio 474.
109. To the following bequests under the will of James B.
Greene, deceased, probated in the Orphans Court of Frederick
County on September 24th, 1923.
(a) The sum of ($1, 000. 00) to St. Paul Protestant Episco-
pal Church, Baltimore, Maryland.
(b) The remainder interest, after the death of several life
tenants, in the residue of the estate of said testator to Conven-
tion of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of
Maryland, for the use as part of the fund for its cathedral.
To the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Sisters of All
Saints, Baltimore, Maryland, under will of Bertha E. Ahrens,
deceased, probated in the Orphans Court of Baltimore City on
August 25th, 1922.
110. To a deed from Leroy E. Swain, Wm. H. Eitemiller,
Herman Gerkin, George V. Schroeder, Wm. Blackburn, Ernest
E. Hummer, Frederick Warren, Ethel Crosby and Helen N.
Cole, Trustees, to the Trustees of Grove Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore County, a body corporate, beginning for the
same at a point north seventy-eight degrees and three-fourths of
a degree west eighteen perches from the third boundary of Hopes
lot and running thence north thirty-eight degrees east six perches
and one-half of a perch, thence north fifty-two degrees, west
five perches and one-half of a perch, thence south thirty-eight
degrees west nine perches, thence south seventy-eight degrees
and three-fourths of a degree, cast six perches, to the place of
beginning, containing forty-two square perches of land, said deed
being dated February 4th, 1924, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore County.
111. To the bequest contained in the will of the late Francis
M. Chatard, late Roman Catholic Bishop of the City of Indian-
apolis, Indiana, to the Right Reverend Joseph Chartrand, Ro-
man Catholic Bishop of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Item 1. Of the property acquired by me as a son and heir-at
law of the late Ferdinand T. Chatard, Sr., which consists of real
estate on the southwest corner of Charles and Lexington Streets,
