101. To the gift and bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Emma Rebecca Becker, deceased, to and for the use
and benefit of Saint Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City, a religious corporation, the sum of $500. 00
which will bears date of December 10th, 1908, in the Orphans
Court of Baltimore City, on or about June 28th, 1922, and re-
corded among the land records in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City Liber HWJ No. 141, folio 451, etc.

102. To the sale and conveyance by J. Bruce Lyons
(widower) of property situate in Friendship, Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, to the Trustees of the Chesapeake Circuit
of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, dated 22nd day of
September, 1922, and recorded in W. N. W. No. 62, folio 60.

103. To the deed and conveyance to the Trustees of Govans-
town Methodist Episcopal Church of Govanstown, Baltimore
County, State of Maryland, from Walter U. Causey and Doro-
thy B. Causey, his wife, dated July 6th, 1922, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No.
3879, folio 495.

104. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Mary Avis Cahall of $250. 00 to the Trustees of the M. E.
Church at Centreville. Queen Anne's County, Maryland, re-
corded in the Register of Wills Office for Queen Anne's County
in Liber WTB No. 1, folio 256, etc.

105. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Sarah Elizabeth Newman of $25 each to the minister of the
M. E. Church at Centreville and the minister of the M. P.
Church at Centreville, recorded in the Register of Wills Office
for Queen Anne's County in Liber WTB No. 1, folio 317, etc.

106. To the deed from Louis Miller and Daisy L. Miller, his
wife, to the Trustees of Howard Park Methodist Episcopal
Church, Incorporated, of property known as No. 5105 Milford
Avenue, Baltimore City, State of Maryland, deed dated August
28th, 1919, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
City in Liber SCL No. 3434, folio 232, etc.

107. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Caroline R. Merritt of $500. 00 to the Vestry of Shrewsbury
Parish, Kent County, Maryland, said will being dated Decem-
ber 31st, 1905, and the date of the codicil February 18th, 1913,
and recorded in the Register of Wills Office of Kent County.
