in Baltimore City, to the German Evangelical Lutheran St.
John Congregation of Baltimore County, First District, a body
corporate, said deed being dated March 3, 1921, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No.
3709, folio 188, etc.

95. To the deed of a lot of ground in the City of Baltimore
in the State of Maryland from Frank Mecinski and Bronislawa
Mecinski, his wife, to The Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran
Church, of Baltimore City, a Maryland corporation, said deed
bearing date the 15th day of February, 1924, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No.
4150, folio 307, etc.

96. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Charles Arunah Rogers, of Frederick County, Maryland,
deceased, duly probated, and now on record in Liber GES No.
1, folio 240, etc., the sum of fifty dollars per year to St. Joseph
Catholic Church.

97. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of James M. Sappington, late of Frederick County, Maryland,
deceased, duly probated, and now of record in Liber GES No. 1,
folio 128, etc., to the Rev. Samuel J. Kavanagh or his successor
as pastor of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, at Liberty-
town, Maryland, the sum of Five hundred dollars.

98. To the bequest of Emma Rebecca Becker, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, to the Third English Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City of $500. 00 dollars under her last will
and testament dated December 10th, 1908, and admitted to pro-
bate by the Orphans Court of Baltimore City and recorded in
Wills Liber HWJ No. 141, folio 451.

99. To the sale, grant and conveyance to Bethel Methodist
Episcopal Church, South, a body corporate, duly incorporated,
by John A. Watts and Mary D. Watts, his wife, of a certain lot
of ground in Odenton, Anne Arundel County, Md., recorded
among the land records of Anne Arundel County, in Liber
WNW No. 80, folio 431, etc.

100. To the deed and conveyance from Harry V. Kirby and
Addie Kirby, his wife, to The Fountain Baptist Church of Bal-
timore City, Md., dated March 7th, 1924, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 4154, folio
585, of property situate at southeastern intersection of Harford
Avenue and Chase Street in Baltimore City, Md.
