89. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of James H. Harris, late of Frederick County, Mary-
land, deceased, duly probated, and now of record in Liber
GES No. 1, folio 194, etc., one of the will records of said County.
First: To the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of Frederick, a body corporate, the sum of Five hun-
dred dollars.
Second: To the Trustees of the Liberty Church of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church, of Frederick County and
the State of Maryland, a body corporate, the sum of
Five hundred dollars.
90. To the bequest of $500. 00 in the last will and testament
of John J. Gilbert, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to the
Franklin St. Presbyterian Church of Baltimore City, dated
February 15th, 1923, and probated on February 28th, 1923,
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills Liber HWJ 144, folio 35.
91. To the conveyance from William F. Schade, Eva M.
Schade, Amelia A. List, John F. List, the Trustees of the Sec-
ond Universalist Society of Baltimore City, and the Safe De-
posit and Trust Co. of Baltimore City, of the lot and improve-
ments on the east side of Rutland Ave., to Christ United Evan-
gelical Church of Baltimore City, dated June 13th, 1923, re-
corded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SOL
4048, folio 58, etc.
92. To the conveyance from Joseph O. Williams and Grace
L. Williams of the lot on the southeast corner of Aiken Street
and Belmont Avenue, dated July 2, 1923, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL 4039, folio
196, etc.
93. To the following bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Annette H. Baughman, late of Frederick County,
Maryland, deceased, duly probated in Liber GES No. 1, folio
41, etc.
To the Frederick Academy of the Visitation, a body corpor-
ate of Frederick City, Frederick County, Maryland, the sum
of One thousand dollars.
94. To the conveyance from Eva C. Manger and J. Adam
Manger, her husband, of two vacant lots on the north side of
