83. To a deed from Donald Swan et al to the Carmelite
Sisters of Baltimore, dated August 26, 1904, and recorded, in
the land records of Baltimore City in Liber K. O., No. 2094,
folio 30, etc.
84. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Harry M. Smith late of Carroll County, Maryland, deceased,
of record among the will records of said County in Liber W. A.,
No. 12, folio 11, etc., to The Trustees of Immanuel Lutheran
Church of Manchester, Carroll County, in the State of Mary-
land, of all the residue of his said estate to be used for the bene-
fit of said church, which said estate amounts to $1, 337. 00.
85. To the sale, grant, conveyance, release and quit claim by
Mary S. Conner and Edwin E. Conner, her husband, Elizabeth
H. Patterson and Harry J. Patterson, her husband, William S.
Hutchinson and Susan B. Hutchinson, his wife, R. Parke
Hutchinson and Elise M. Hutchinson, his wife, and Carleton
W. Hutchinson of a certain lot or strip of ground in the City
of Baltimore, to the Trustees of Wilkins Ave. Methodist Epis-
copal Church, South, in the City of Baltimore, a body corpor-
ate, dated the 27th day of December, 1923, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore City on the 4th day of February,
1924.
86. To the bequest in the last will and testament of Jerome
Thomas of one thousand ($1, 000. ) dollars to the Trustees of
the Wilmington Methodist Episcopal Conference, upon trust
for the use and benefit of Beckwiths Methodist Episcopal
Church on the Neck Election District of Dorchester County,
recorded in the Register of Wills Office of Dorchester County
in Liber R. P. S., No. 2, folio 413.
87. To the conveyance from Marie W. Lyon of the lot of
ground known as 812 North Carey Street, Baltimore City, to
the Trustees of the Ames Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church
of Baltimore City, Incorporated, dated November 1st, 1923,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
SCL No. 4098, folio 496, etc.
88. To the last will and testament of Maria D. Williams,
late of Baltimore City, dated the 31st day of July, 1920, and
codicils dated 11th day of September, 1920, and 28th day of
May, 1921, the sum of $500. 00 to the Vestry of Christ Protest-
ant Episcopal Church. Will probated on the 30th of November,
1923, in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City.
