Said last will and testament bears the date of August
12th, 1919, recorded in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Liber HWJ 138, folio 230,
etc.

76. To a deed from Jacob H. Fair and wife to St. Luke's
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Woodberry in Baltimore
County, now known as St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Baltimore, Md., dated March 9th, 1906, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 2216,
folio 116, containing two lots of ground.

77. To an assignment from Sadie E. Harper to St. Luke's
Evangelical Lutheran Church (General Synod) of Baltimore,
Maryland, dated June 12, 1923, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 4030, folio 135.

78. To a deed from Francis P. Devon and wife to St. Luke's
Evangelical Lutheran Church (General Synod) dated June 13,
1923. and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City
in Liber SCL No. 4030, folio 134.

79. To a deed from Theresia Goebel, et al to the Trustees of
the Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City,
dated August 3, 1923, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 4055, folio 616, conveying the
property situate on the northeast side of Frederick Road.

80. To a deed from Charles H. Schlosser et al to The Trus-
tees of the Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore
City, dated June 20, 1904, and recorded among the land rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber R. O., No. 2081, folio 221, con-
veying the property known as No. 3021 Frederick Ave., Balti-
more, Md.

81. To a deed from Randolph Barton, Trustee, to the Car-
melite Sisters of Baltimore, dated May 16, 1903, and recorded
in the land records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O., No. 2013,
folio 493.

82. Deed from Betty Davies Warfield et al to the Carmelite
