of New Market, on the Baltimore Pike, containing about fifteen
hundred square feet of land, more or less to The Trustees of
Marvin Chapel Methodist Episcopal Church, South, Frederick
County, Maryland, by Frank Jones, Jesse M. Kelly, William H.
Hogarth, A. H. Jackson, and James B. Hilton, Trustees of
Union Chapel of Bartholows, Frederick County, Maryland, dat-
ed the 23rd day of September, 1922, and recorded among the
land records of Frederick County in Liber 340, fol. 286 etc.

72. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Miss Josephine R. Hopkins of $1, 500 to the Trustees of the
Grace M, E. Church, South, Cambridge, Maryland, dated No-
vember 16, 1917, and filed in the Register of Wills Office of
Dorchester County on November 10, 1921.

73. To the following bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Miss Lavinia Cooper, late of Frederick County,
Maryland, deceased, duly probated and now on record in Liber
A. M. P., No. 1, folio 585, etc., one of the wills-records of said
County.

To the Preachers' Aid Society of the Baltimore Conference
of the Methodist Episcopal Church, the sum of One thousand
dollars ($1, 000).

To the gift and bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Charlotte A. Emory, late of Queen Anne's County,
Maryland, deceased, dated the 9th day of March in the year
nineteen hundred and fourteen, probated in the Office of the
Register of Wills of Queen Anne's County on the 27th day of
June, 1922, of ten shares of the capital stock of the Queen
Anne's National Bank of Centreville and six shares of the capi-
tal stock of the Centreville National Bank of Maryland to the
Vestry of St. Paul's Protestant Episcopal Church of Queen
Anne's County, Md.

75. To the bequests contained in the last will and testament
of Ferdinand Bernheimer late of Baltimore City, deceased, as
follows:

(a) To the directors of the Ohab Shalom Congregation
Cemetery Company the sum of $1, 000 for the purpose
of keeping in perpetual care the Abraham Bernheimer
and Henry Bernheimer lots in said cemetery, and any
excess interest to be used for the general purposes of
said Cemetery Company.

(b) To Cardinal Gibbons of Baltimore, $100.
