Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of Princess Anne, Mary-
land, a religious corporation duly incorporated under the laws
of the State of Maryland from William J. Phillips and wife and
Mary Johnson of certain real estate lying and being in West
Princess Anne Election District, Somerset County, Maryland,
dated the 30th day of December, 1916, recorded among the land
records of said County in Liber W. J. S. No. 71, folio 453, etc.
66. To the bequest of Miss Priscilla Jones to the Poolesville
Church of St. Peter's Parish $4, 840. 80, one-half of income of
said amount to be used for Rector's salary, and other half for
expenses of the Church.
67. To the purchase by the Church of the Holy Trinity in
the City of Baltimore on February 23rd, 1923, from Henry
Duffy and Emma C. Duffy, Trustees of the estate of Edward
Duffy, deceased, of a lot of ground recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City, in Liber SCL No. 3974, folio 29.
68. To the conveyance of the lot of ground mentioned and
described in a sub-lease dated October 9th, 1923, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No.
4087, folio 59, from Nathan J. Myerberg to the Pull Gospel
Pentecostal Church, Incorporated.
69. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Octavia G. Sawyer of Two thousand ($2, 000) dollars to the
Mount Carmel Methodist Protestant Church, near Emmorton,
Harford County, dated June 24, 1920, and recorded in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Harford County, in Liber J.
A. No. 16, folio 251 and 252.
70. To the grant, sale and conveyance of a certain lot of
ground situate in Mt. Airy, Carroll County, Maryland, to Trin-
ity Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of Mt. Airy, a body cor-
porate duly incorporated, its successors and assigns, in fee
simple by Thomas Poole, Jesse T. Poole, Henry A. Plymire,
Samuel B. Norwood, George W. Clay, Albert R. Dudderar and
Alexander Pearre, Trustees of the Mt. Airy M. E. Church,
South, and Alexander Pearre, individually, by their deed dated
the 21st day of December, 1922, and recorded among the land
records of Carroll County in Liber E. O. C., No. 141, folio 189.

the buildings thereon, situate in New Market District, Freder-
ick County, Maryland, about two miles southeast of the village
