1370 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 552

60. To the grant, sale and conveyance of a certain lot of
ground situate on the northeast side of East Gibbons Ave. in
the suburb of Hamilton, Baltimore City, to St. John's of Hamil-
ton, a body corporate duly incorporated, its successors and as-
signs in fee simple, by St. John's of Hamilton Parsonage Cor-
poration, a corporation duly incorporated, dated the 1st day of
June, 1923, recorded among the land records of Baltimore City
in Liber SCL, No. 4044 fol. 481.

61. To the devise and bequest of three certain deeds and
conveyances to The Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church of Bal-
timore City, a corporation of the State of Maryland, viz: First,
dated August 7, 1903, recorded among the land records of Bal-
timore City in Liber R. O. 2027, folio 175, etc., from Hugh H.
Ackler, second, dated April 1st, 1908, and recorded among the
aforesaid land records in Liber SCL No. 2413, folio 155, etc.,
from Daniel Donnelly and Mary H. Donnelly, his wife; third,
dated April 22, 1921, and recorded among the aforesaid land
records in Liber SCL No. 3727, folio 253, from the Safe Deposit
and Trust Company Trustee for Genevieve Donnelly Fink, under
the will of Daniel Donnelly, deceased.

62. To a deed from Mina Wachmer and Caroline Wachmer
to the First German United Evangelical Church, a religious
corporation of this State, its successors and assigns, said deed
bearing date April 9, 1923, and recorded among the land rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 3992, folio 348, and
to the holding and disposing of the property described therein.

63. To a deed from Harry A. Demuth to the Trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Franklin Street Station
in the City of Baltimore, a religious corporation of this State,
its successors and assigns, dated July 28, 1920, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No.
3623, folio 584. and to the holding and disposing of the prop-
erty at the southeast corner of Schroeder and Pierce Streets.

64. To the sale, grant and deed of two certain lots of ground
situate in Fair-field in the New Annex to Baltimore City on the
east side of Seventh Street, to Arthur Leazer, Logan Van Land-
ingham, Charles Dorsey, Armstead Tucker and Tom Williams,
Trustees of the Colored Methodist Episcopal Church in Amer-
ica of Fairfield, City of Baltimore, State of Maryland, by
Charles M. Armstrong, by his deed dated the 24th day of Octo-
ber, 1922, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
City in Liber SCL No. 3928, fol. 321.
