December, 1906, and recorded among the land records of Balti-
more City in Liber R. O. No. 2298, folio 37, &c.

44. To the deed, and conveyance of a lot of land from August
Weber and Emma Weber, to the Second Church of the Evangel-
ical Church a corporation of Baltimore City, dated the 2nd day
of May, 1923, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
City in Liber SCL No. 4013, folio 329, &c.

45. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground in
the City of Baltimore, known as 2106 East Baltimore Street,
from the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the
East Baltimore Station, a body corporate, to Albert J. Nathan-
son, by its deed dated November 2nd, 1922, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 3931, folio
369.

46. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground in
City of Baltimore, known as No. 2614 East Baltimore Street, by
Morris Pondfield and wife to the Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church in the East Baltimore Station, a body corpor-
ate, duly incorporated, under the laws of the State of Maryland,
by deed dated September 26th, 1921, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 3783, folio 81.

47. To the devise and bequest of Lewis P. Boughman to the
Maryland, Delaware and District of Columbia Christian Mis-
sionary Society, in trust and confidence, the sum of Two hun-
dred dollars, with power to invest and re-invest the same in good
and protective securities, and to pay an income therefrom to the
Mission known as Seventh Christian Church, located at Fulton
and Walbrook Avenues, in Baltimore City, Md., dated January
28th, 1919, and recorded in the office of Register of Wills of Bal-
timore City, in Wills Liber No. 136, folio 268.

48. To the grant, conveyance and deed executed by The M.
J. Grove Lime Company, of Frederick County, a body corporate,
of the State of Maryland, to the Vestry of All Saints Parish in
Frederick County, a body corporate of the State of Maryland,
bearing date of the 29th day of August, in the year nineteen
hundred and twenty-three, and recorded in Liber No. 344, folio
536, one of the land records of Frederick County, conveying a
lot or a parcel of land situated in Frederick County, State of
Maryland.

49. To the sale, grant and conveyance in fee to the Commit-
tee of the Manokin Presbyterian Church, at Princess Anne.
