1368 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 552

Maryland, a religious corporation duly incorporated under the
laws of the State of Maryland, from George W. Brown and
Anna M. Brown, his wife, of certain real estate lying on the
east side of Main Street or Somerset Avenue, in Princess Anne,
Somerset County, Maryland, described in a deed from the said
George W. Brown and wife dated the 1st day of September,

1923. recorded among the land records of said County in Liber
W. J. S. No. 87, folio 392, etc.

50. To the sale, grant and conveyance in fee to The Commit-
tee of the Presbyterian Church at Rehoboth, a religious corpora-
tion, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland,
from Ogden H. Wilkins and Laura A. Wilkins, his wife, of cer-
tain real estate, containing one acre more or less near Rehoboth,
in Somerset County, Maryland, described in a deed from the
said Ogden H. Wilkins and wife to The Committee of the Pres-
byterian Church at Rehoboth, dated the 29th day of January,

1924. recorded among the land records of the said County in
Liber W. J. S. No. 90, folio 157, etc.

51. To the grant, conveyance and deed executed by Horace C.
Zacharias and Tempie E. Zacharias, his wife, to the Trustees of
Trinity Chapel, Frederick City Station, of the Baltimore Annual
Conference, Methodist Episcopal Church South, a body corpor-
ate of the State of Maryland, the 12th day of July, 1923, re-
corded in Liber No. 344, folio 362, one of the land records of
Frederick County, conveying a lot of land situate in Frederick
City, Frederick County, State of Maryland.

52. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Araminta W. Merrill, deceased, to the Board of
Stewards of the Wilmington Annual Conference of the Method-
ist Episcopal Church; to Christ's Methodist Episcopal Church,
Upper Fairmount, Maryland; to the Methodist Episcopal
Church, Willow Grove, Delaware, and to Kent Island Methodist
Episcopal Church, recorded in Liber L. R. No. 32, folio 282, of
Somerset County. Maryland, November 27, 1923:

(a) Five hundred dollars to the Board of Stewards of the
Wilmington Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal
Church.

(b) Fifty dollars to Christ's Methodist Episcopal Church,
Upper Fairmount. Maryland, and also one haircloth chair for
use in the parsonage of said church.
