37. To the sale grant and deed by Michael G. Kilchenstein and
others to the Church Extension Society of the Maryland Annual
Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church, dated Decem-
ber 22, 1923, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
City in Liber SCL No. 4123, folio 520, etc.

38. To the sale, grant and deed by the Eastern Development
Company to the Church Extension Society of the Maryland An-
nual Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church, dated Oct-
ober 19, 1923, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
City in Liber SCL No. 4092, folio 593, etc.

39. To the sale, grant and deed by Pembroke M. Womble to
the Trustees of the Maryland Annual Conference of the Meth-
odist Protestant Church, dated June 9, 1923, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No.
4030, folio 152, etc.

40. To the sale by Henry C. Garthe and wife to the Trus-
tees of the Maryland Annual Conference of the Methodist Prot-
estant Church of a certain lot of ground in the City of Balti-
more, on the northwest side of Copley Road, known and desig-
nated as No. 3600 Copley Road and to the acquisition of the fee-
simple title to said lot of ground by said corporation by deed
therefor when hereafter made, executed, delivered and duly
recorded.

41. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Geo. W. Cosden, late of Cecil County, deceased, One thousand
($1, 600) dollars to the Vestry of Trinity Parish, Elkton, said
deed being dated September 1, 1923, and recorded in the Reg-
ister of Wills' office of Cecil County in Liber P. No. 23, folio 521.

42. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Julia E. Kerfoot, late of Cecil County, deceased, of One thou-
sand ($1, 000) dollars to the Trinity Episcopal Church of Elk-
ton, dated February 9, 1923, and recorded in the Register of
Wills' office of Cecil County in Liber P. No. 23, folio 467.

43. To the deed and conveyance of a lot of land from August
Weber and Emma Weber to the Trustees of the Second Church
of the Evangelical Association in the City of Baltimore of the
Atlantic Conference of Baltimore City dated the 19th day of
