(formerly called Hampstead Hill Street) and the west side
of Jackson Place, fronting on Jackson Place twenty feet, with
an even width for depth westerly of eighty-six feet, three
inches to a ten foot alley and which deed is dated June 14,
1922, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City
in Liber SCL No. 3873, folio 164, &c.
34 To a deed and conveyance of a lot of ground from David
B. and Emily T. Smith to the Walbrook Presbyterian Church,
dated September, 6th, 1922, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 3903, folio 566, etc.
35. To a bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Harriet R. Thompson, deceased, late of Hyattsville, Maryland, to
the Trustees of the First Presbyterian Church of Hyattsville,
Maryland, as follows:
In trust with the trustees of the First Presbyterian Church
of Hyattsville, Maryland, so long as said organization shall exist,
the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars ($700. 00) to be used as fol-
lows:
Two hundred dollars ($200. 00) as a legacy to the Church, two
hundred dollars ($200. 00) to be sent in improving the cemetery
of the Old Presbyterian Church at Bladensburg, now known as
Evergreen Cemetery; and three hundred dollars ($300. 00) to
keep in order and beautify the Ross lot in said cemetery.
36. To the following bequests under the will of Miss Rachel
E. Linthicum, late of Frederick County, Maryland, deceased, duly
probated, and now of record in Liber G. E. S. No. 1, folio 169.
etc.
First: To the Board of Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church in Libertytown, Frederick County, Maryland, the sum
of Seventy-five dollars.
Second: To the Board of Trustees of the Methodist Protestant
Church in Libertytown, Frederick County, Maryland, the sum of
Twenty-five dollars.
Third: To the Board of Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Hyattstown, Montgomery County, Maryland, the sum
of Fifty dollars.
Fourth: To the Board of Foreign Missions of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of New York City, N. Y., the sum of fifty
