(d) To the Lutheran Church of the Holy Comforter, the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. ).

(e) To the Gregory Memorial Baptist Church of Baltimore
County, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. ).

(f) To the Govanstown Presbyterian Congregation in the
County of Baltimore, the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50. ).

Church of the Redeemer in Baltimore County, by the will of
Nanna D. Dushane, late of Baltimore City, deceased, and re-

of the Redeemer, in Baltimore County, dated December 11,

17 To the following gifts, bequests, devises and deeds to and
for the use and benefit of The Vestry of St. Paul's Parish in
Baltimore County, a charitable corporation.

A To a deed dated on or about May 16th, 1916, conveying
to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish in Baltimore County
thirteen ground rents of Sixty-five dollars ($65. ) each six rents
on the south side of Cold Spring Avenue, numbers 11 to 21,
and seven rents on the north side of Cold Spring Avenue, be-
ing numbers 24, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38 and 40, conveyed by the
Securities Company of Baltimore.

B To a deed on or about June 15th, 1916, for the purchase
of land on Columbia Avenue near Callender Alley purchased
from Henry G. Yon Heine, on which was erected St. Paul's
Guild House and St. Paul's Chapel.

C To a deed conveying to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish
in Baltimore County, the house and lot known as 769 Redwood
