1360 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 552

To St. Joseph's Passionist Retreat, in Baltimore County, a
body corporate, called in said will St. Joseph's Passionist Mon-
astery of Baltimore", the sum of Three thousand dollars for
the uses and purposes set forth in said will.

To Elizabeth J. Moore and Nannie K. Riggs or to those
they may appoint in the event of their death, the sum of Five
hundred dollars to be used for the benefit of the Roman Cath-
olic Missions in Alaska.

To the Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore, a body corporate, the
sum of Five hundred dollars.

To the bequest and devise of all the rest and residue of
the estate of said deceased after the termination of the
life estates mentioned in said will to be paid over as fol-
lows:

One part, free from the trust unto The Associated Profes-
sors of Saint Mary's Seminary in Baltimore City, a body cor-
porate, called in the will of said deceased ''The Associated
Professors of St. Mary's Seminary in Baltimore City", to be
used for the education of young men for the priesthood, who
are to be assigned for service in the archdiocese of Baltimore,
another of said parts to the Congregation of the Holy Ghost
and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, a body corporate, called
in the will of the deceased The Order of the Holy Ghost
Fathers, connected with St. Peter Claver's Church, Twelfth
and Lombard Streets, in the City of Philadelphia, to be used
for the education of young men for the priesthood, and the
other of said parts to the Roman Catholic Bishop of Juneau,
Alaska, to be used for the education of young men for the
priesthood, who will go as Missionaries to Alaska.

12 To the two bequests of $10, 000 each contained in the last
will and testament of E. Glenn Perine, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, to the Vestry of the Church of the Redeemer of Bal-
timore County, recorded among the Wills records of Baltimore
City, in the Office of the Register of Wills in Liber HWJ No.
141, folio 432 &c.

13 To the bequests by the last will and testament of Herman
B. L. Everding, late of Baltimore City, deceased, and recorded
among the wills records of Baltimore City, in the office of the
Register of Wills in Liber HWJ No. 141, folio 511, as follows:

(a) To two certain bequests of One Thousand Dollars
($1000. ) each to the Trustees of the Zion Church of the City of
Baltimore.
