recorded among the land records of Anne Arundel County in
Liber WNW No. 67, folio 209, conveying 5. 6 acres of land more
or less.

8 To the grant and deed from William Dotson et al., Trustees
to the "Trustees of the John Wesley Methodist Episcopal
Church at Furnace Branch in Anne Arundel County", a re-
ligious corporation, dated September 13, 1894, and recorded
among the land records of Anne Arundel County in Liber
WNW No. 61 folio 327, conveying a lot of ground containing
12 acres of land situate in said County.

9 To the bequest of Two hundred dollars to the Associated
Professors of Loyola College in the City of Baltimore, con-
tained in the will of Mary Whelan, late of Baltimore City,
deceased.

10 To a deed from Edward B. Perkins and wife and others
to the Corporation of the Roman Catholic Clergymen, dated the
17th day of August, 1907, and recorded among the land rec-
ords of Prince George's County in Liber No. 37, folio 385.

11 To the following bequests and devises contained in the will
of Jane B. Walbach, late of Baltimore City, deceased.

To the Roman Catholic Bishop of Juneau, Alaska, the sum
of Two thousand dollars to be used by him towards the edu-
cation of young men for the priesthood in the Roman Catholic
Missions in Alaska.

To "La Congregation du Tres Saint Redempteur a Sainte
Anne de Beaupre" a body corporate of the Province of Que-
bec, Canada, called in said will the Redemptorists or the Su-
perior thereof, a body corporate, located at Saint Anne de
Beaupre, Province of Quebec, Canada, the sum of Two thous-
and dollars for the uses and purposes set forth in said will.

To the Saint Vincent de Paul Society of Baltimore City, a
body corporate, the sum of Two thousand dollars for the uses
and purposes set forth in said will.

To the Institute of Mission Helpers of Baltimore City, Five
Hundred Dollars ($500. ).

To the Institute for the Blind, Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace,
a body corporate called in said will, St. Joseph's Home of Jer-
sey City, New Jersey, a corporation created under the laws
of the State of New Jersey, the sum of Three hundred dollars
for the uses and purposes set forth in said will.
