1358 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 552

to The Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic
Archbishop 6f Baltimore, dated the thirteenth day of October,
1923, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City,
in Liber SCL No. 4090 folio 189, &c.

5 To the following bequests to the Baltimore Monthly Meet-
ing of Friends. Park Avenue, a religious corporation, contained
in the last will and testament of Jonathan K. Taylor, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, which said will dated January 28.
1915, was duly probated in the Orphans Court of Baltimore
City and is now of record in the office of the Register of Wills
for Baltimore City in Liber H. W. J. No. 124, folio 188:

(a) Under paragraph 8, Section A of will, the sum of Five
Thousand Dollars ($5000. ) in trust for the benefit of Friends
School under the care of said corporation.

(b) Under pargagraph 8, Section B of will, the sum of One
Thousand Dollars ($1000. ) in trust for the benefit of the Tay-
lor Literary Society.

(c) Under paragraph 8, Section E, and paragraph 12 of will,
all the rest and residue of the estate and property of the said
Jonathan K. Taylor for the establishment and maintenance by
said Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends, Park Avenue, of a
Friends Home for the dependant members of the Society of
Friends, needing the support of the Society, said Home to be
known as "Friends Boarding Home, endowed by Jonathan K.
and Emma L. Taylor. "

6 To the bequest of the rest and residue of the estate of
Emma L. Taylor, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to the
Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends, Park Avenue, a re-
ligious corporation, as contained in Paragraph 15 of the last
will and testament of said Emma L. Taylor and in Paragraph
5 of the Second Codicil thereto, which said will and codicil
dated respectively November 11, 1920, and September 8, 1922,
are duly probated in the Orphans Court of Baltimore City,
and are now of record in the Office of Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Liber HWJ No. 145, folio 221. the income
to be used by said corporation for the general purposes of
the ''Friends Boarding Home", endowed by Jonathan K. and
Emma L. Taylor.

7 To the deed from Thomas L. Brewer and Rose G. Brewer,
his wife, to the Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends, Park
Avenue, a religious corporation, dated October 20, 1923, and
