E. To the Little Sisters of the Poor, in the City of Baltimore,
Maryland, Two thousand dollars.

F. To the Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore, Md., Two thous-
and dollars.

G. To St. Vincent de Paul Society, in the City of Baltimore,
Md., Twenty-five hundred dollars.

H. To the Oblate Sisters of Providence in the City of Bal-
timore, Md., Five hundred dollars.

I. To St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys, Five hundred
dollars.

J. To the Board of Managers of Dolan Children's Aid So-
ciety, One thousand dollars.

K. To the Catholic University of America, Washington, D.
C., Five thousand dollars.

L. To Rev. J. Dougherty, or in case of his death to the
then Pastor of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Norfolk,
Virginia, for the Parochial School attached to said Church
and paid to Rev. James T. O'Farrell the successor of Rev.
J. Dougherty, One thousand dollars

M. To Rev. Thomas J. Wilson, pastor of St. Mary's Church,
Old Point, Virginia, or the then pastor of said Church for the
erection of a Roman Catholic Church in Matthews County,
Virginia, or if it is not feasible or if he does not within five
years from the death of the testator use the said sum for the
erection of a Catholic Church in Matthews County, Virginia,
then the said sum shall go to the then Pastor of St. Mary's
Church, Old Point, Virginia, to be used for the purpose of
a parochial school in connection therewith and paid to Rev.
William T. Whearty the then pastor of said Church, Two
thousand dollars.

N. To Hammond J. Dugan to be expended for masses and
prayers for the soul of the testator, Two thousand dollars.

3 To the devise and bequest of Victorine Siratta, deceased,
for the sum of One hundred dollars, duly probated in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, to the St.
Joseph's Seminary of Baltimore, Md.

4 To a deed and conveyance of a lot of land from Saint Cath-
erine's Normal Institute of Baltimore City, a body corporate,
