AN ACT to authorize the Board of Supervisors of Elections
of Calvert County to revise the precincts in the
Third Election District of said County and to establish a
voting place at North Beach, in said District.

CHAPTER 548.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 380,
381, 382, 384, 385, 386 and 389 of Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County, '' sub-
title "Wild Fowl, '' making certain changes in the law regu-
lating the shooting of wild fowl over and upon the waters
of Cecil County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 380, 381, 382, 384, 385, 386 and 389 of Arti-
cle 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil
County, " sub-title "Wild Fowl, " be and the same are hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as
follows:

380. All that part of the Chesapeake Bay and its waters,
except a breadth of water one-quarter (14) of a mile in width
along the eastern shore of said bay between Turkey Point and
Red Point and all that part of Northeast River and its waters,
except a breadth of water two hundred (200) yards in width
along the western shore of said river between Carpenter Point
and the point of the stone wharf in the town of Charlestown
and except also a breadth of two hundred (200) yards along
the eastern shore of said river between Red Point and Hance
Point and except the waters of said river above a line drawn
from the point of the stone wharf in Charlestown eastward to
Hance Point, lying northward of the following line, viz: begin-
ning at the lighthouse on Turkey Point in Cecil county, and
drawn westward to a point half a mile north of the most north-
