allel with Granada Avenue, one hundred ninety-two feet six
inches to the place of beginning. The improvements thereon
being known as No. 4104 Springdale Avenue, with full power
to the Trustees of the Eutaw Place Baptist Church of Balti-
more to hold, mortgage, sell, convey, lease or otherwise dispose
of any and all of the above described property acquired by it
under the aforesaid deed.

(93) To the conveyance from Milton H. Smith and wife to
the Baltimore Baptist Church Extension Society of a lot of
ground situated at the northeast corner of Orleans and Luzerne
Streets, said deed being dated January 14th, 1907, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
R. O. No. 2306, folio 430.

(94) To the conveyance from the Baltimore Baptist
Church Extension Society to the Trustees of the Second Bap-
tist Church of Baltimore (now trustees of the East Baltimore
Baptist Church under an agreement of consolidation and
change of name recorded in the Charter Records of the Su-
perior Court of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 62, folio
494) of the lot of ground at the northeast corner of Orleans and
Luzerne Streets, the said deed being recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. 2306, folio 431.

(95) To the deed from Franz J. Siegel and wife to the
Trustees of the North Avenue Baptist Church of Baltimore
City, dated April 24, 1918, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 496,
folio 175.

(96) To the deed from the trustees of the North Avenue
Baptist Church of Baltimore City to the Trustees of the First
Baptist Church of Overlea, Baltimore City, dated December
29, 1922, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3953, folio 40.

(97) To the bequest of $200. 00 from Mabel Shaw, late of
Rockville, Maryland, deceased, to the Baptist Home of Mary-
land, Incorporated.

(98) To the bequest of $1, 064. 69 and the devise of a
ground rent under 2103 Dukeland Street, and a ground rent
under 3700 Edgerton Road, Baltimore, Maryland, from Lola
V. Jones, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to the Baptist
Home of Maryland, Incorporated.
