(99) To the deed from the Safe Deposit and Trust Com-
pany of Baltimore, Trustee, under the last will and testament
of Jonathan K. Taylor, deceased, dated September 28th, 1923,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4082, folio 426, etc., conveying the property
No. 1615 Park Place to the Baptist Home of Maryland, In-
corporated.

(100) To the legacy contained in the will of Margaret
Halpin, so that the same shall be held by the Most Reverend
Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore
for the time being, and his successors in the Archiepiscopal See
of Baltimore, according to the discipline and government of the
Roman Catholic Church, a corporation sole, as successor to the
Most Reverend James Cardinal Gibbons, Roman Catholic
Archbishop of Baltimore as aforesaid, a corporation sole, said
will being dated July 17th, 1916, and duly proved and of
record in the office of the Register of Wills for Montgomery
County, Maryland.

(101) To the grant, sale and conveyance and deed to the
Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop
of Baltimore for the time being, and his successors in the
Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore, according to the discipline
and government of the Roman Catholic Church, a corporation
sole, from the Right Reverend Owen B. Corrigan, dated Sep-
tember 27th, 1922, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 3912, folio 526, etc., convey-
ing three lots of ground situated at the southwest corner of
Gilmor Street and the Windsor Mill Road in the City of
Baltimore.

(102) To the deed made and executed by. Edward H. Aps-
ley, Incorporated, a body corporate, under the laws of the State
of Maryland, to the Trustees of the Lauraville Methodist
Protestant Church, a body corporate, under the laws of the
State of Maryland, of the property located at the northwest cor-
ner of Harford Road and Southern Avenue, in the City of
Baltimore, in the State of Maryland, dated March 31st, 1921,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 3718, folio 273, etc.

(103) To the deed made and executed by Samuel A. Trox-
ell, William C. Beckwith and Edward Grahe to the Trustees of
Grace Reformed Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate,
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, of
