(89) To the assignment of mortgage from John Glenn, Jr.,
and Guy T. O. Hollyday, to the Vestry of Christ Church in
Baltimore City, dated fifth day of March, nineteen hundred
and twenty-four, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City on March 7. 1024, being a short assignment of
a mortgage from Charles Y. Woodward and wife to John
Glenn, Jr., and Guy T. O. Hollyday, dated March 6, 1923, and
recorded among the Land Records aforesaid in Liber S. C. L.
No. 3932, folio No. 197, made to secure the repayment of a
sum of four thousand, five hundred dollars ($4, 500. 00) upon
a lot of ground situate on the east side of Woodlawn Road and
known as 117 Woodlawn Road, Roland Park, Baltimore City,
Maryland.
(90) To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Alexander S. Bell, late of Harford County, deceased,
to St. Mary's Protestant Episcopal Church at Emmorton, Har-
ford County, the sum of one thousand dollars ($1, 000) in trust
to the Bishop of Maryland, the interest on said sum to be used
for the support of said church.
(91) To the bequest of $1. 000 in the last will and testa-
ment of Hanna G. Paine, late of Baltimore City, to the Trus-
tees of the Eutaw Place Baptist Church of Baltimore; the
said last will and testament being dated December 19th, 1922,
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills, Liber H. W. J. No. 144, folio 335, etc.
(92) To the grant and deed made and executed by B. Har-
ris Henderson to the Trustees of the Eutaw Place Baptist
Church of Baltimore, a body corporate, said deed being dated
May 1, 1922, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3853, folio 212. etc., con-
veying a certain lot of ground situate in the City of Baltimore,
State of Maryland, and described as follows: Beginning for
the same on the northeast side of Springdale Avenue at the
distance of one hundred feet northwesterly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the northeast side of Springdale
Avenue with the northwest side of Granada Avenue, and run-
nine: thence northwesterly binding on the northeast side of
Springdale Avenue fifty feet, thence running northeasterly
parallel with Granada Avenue, one hundred ninety-two feet
and six inches to the southwest side of an alley fifteen feet
wide there situate, thence running southeasterly binding on the
southwest side of said fifteen foot alley, with the use thereof
in common, fifty feet and thence running southwesterly par-
