Church of Baltimore City, dated August 16th, 1922, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 3896, folio 569.

(62) To the mortgage from the German Seventh Day Ad-
ventist Church of Baltimore City to the New Eastern Avenue
Permanent Savings and Loan Association dated August 16th,
1922, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 3896, folio 570.

(63) To the deed from Robert R. Whaley, George F.
Welch, Maud Cochran and Ella Whaley, Trustees for the
Seventh Day Adventist Church of Churchhill, Maryland,, of
Queen Anne's County, State of Maryland, to Chesapeake Con-
ference of Seventh Day Adventists Association, a body corpo-
rate, dated October 20th, 1923, and recorded among the Land
Records of Queen Anne's County.

(64) To the deed from the Trustees of the Congregation
of the Disciples of Jesus Christ in the City and Precincts of
Baltimore to the Chesapeake Conference Association of Seventh
Day Adventists, a body corporate, dated May 1st, 1922, and
recorded in Liber S. C. L. No. 3859, folio 401.

(65) To the deed and conveyance from the Securities Com-
pany of Baltimore to Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Congre-
gation of Woodlawn, dated December 28, 1923, and recorded

among the Land Records of Baltimore County in W. P. C. No.
585, folio 333, conveying the property known as Lot dumber
469 on the Plat of Broadacres, Baltimore County, Maryland.

(66) To the deed and conveyance to John O. Schirmer
et al., Trustees of the Church of God, from Margaret Cava-

naugh, dated January 24, 1922, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3822, folio
12, conveying the property known as Number 31 North Ell-
wood Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland.

(67) To the deed from Augusta Fehrmann to Huber Me-
morial Evangelical Lutheran Church, dated May 3, 1923, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4006, folio 384, conveying the property known
as Number 2827 Alameda Boulevard, Baltimore, Maryland.
