(56) To the deed and conveyance by Helen I. Walson and
others to the Vestry and Wardens of Salisbury Parish of the
Protestant Episcopal Church, Salisbury, Maryland, of a cer-
tain lot of ground situate in the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, Maryland, and more fully and particularly described
in the said deed dated June 14th, 1915, and recorded among
the Land Records for Wicomico County, Maryland, in Liber
E. A. T. No. 97, folio 218, etc.
(57) To the deed and conveyances by Rosa M. Perry and
husband to the Vestry of Salisbury Parish, of a certain lot of
ground situate in the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County,
Maryland, and more fully and particularly described in the
said deed dated November 30th, 1918, and recorded among the
Land Records for Wicomico County, Maryland, in Liber J. C.
K. No. 109, folio 368.
(58) To the bequest by Martha Ellen Marshall and Mary
Elizabeth Marshall to the Vestry and Wardens of St. Paul's
Protestant Episcopal Church, of Berlin, Worcester County,
Maryland, of the sum of five hundred dollars, by their joint
last will and testament, dated July 7th, 1908, and of record in
the office of the Register of Wills for Worcester County, Mary-
land.
(59) To the bequest by Mary E. Marshall to the Vestry
and Wardens of St. Paul's Protestant Episcopal Church, of
Berlin, Worcester County, Maryland, of five hundred dollars
by her last will and testament of record in the office of the
Register of Wills for Worcester County, Maryland.
(60) To the grant, sale, deed and conveyance of two lots
executed by Randall White to Fulton Baptist Church, a
body corporate, said deed being dated October 8th, 1909, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber
S. C. L. No. 3595, folio 134, etc., conveying two lots of ground
situate on the northeast side of Division Street one hundred
and fifty feet, southeast of Baker Street and fronting thence on
Division Street fifty feet, with a depth northeastwardly of
about seventy-five feet.
(61) To the deed from St. Matthew's Huber Memorial
Evangelical Church to the German Seventh Day Adventist
