City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3876, folio 335, conveying the
property situate at the intersection of the southwest corner
of Alameda Boulevard and Twenty-ninth Street, Baltimore,
Md.

(69) To the deed made and executed by Wilson Townsend
and Mary L. Townsend, his wife, to the Redemptorists, a body
corporate, incorporated under the laws of the State of Mary-
land, of the property located on the northwest side of the Belair
Turnpike Road in Baltimore County, and described more fully
in a deed bearing date November 19th, 1869, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber E. H.
A. No. 65, folio 22, etc.

(70) To the bequests and devises contained in the last will
and testament of Mrs. Annie E. Seneca, late of Harford Coun-
ty, deceased, the said will being dated February 2, 1923, and
recorded in the Register of Wills Office of Harford County in
Liber J. A. No. 16, folio 470:

(a) Bequest of 60 shares of stock of the First National
Bank of Havre de Grace to the Methodist Episcopal Church
of Havre de Grace.

(b) Devise of a piece of land fronting 60 feet on Union
Avenue to a depth of 125 feet on Congress Avenue, the same
being a part of Lot No. 167 in Square 250 on the map or plot
of the City of Havre de Grace to the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Havre de Grace.

(c) Bequest of $500. 00 for the use and benefit of the
Sewing Circle of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Havre
Grace.

(71) To the conveyance from Louis Schmoll and wife to
the Highlandtown Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore
of the lot of ground known as No. 3305 E. Pratt Street, the
said deed being dated August 8, 1909, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in W. P. C. No. 348,
folio 481; and to the conveyance of the reversion in fee simple
of the same property known as 3305 E. Pratt Street from
Hannah Dinsmore and Hosea Dinsmore to the Highland-town
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore, the said deed being
dated March 26th, 1923, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3985, folio 387.

(72) To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Ella Beam, late of Carroll County, deceased, of one
