1286 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 532

(51) To the deed from the Safe Deposit & Trust Company
of Baltimore, Trustee under the last will and testament of
Jonathan K. Taylor, deceased, dated September 28th, 1923,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. 4082, folio 426, etc., conveying the property
No. 1615 Park Place to the Baptist Home of Maryland, Incor-
porated.

(52) To the deed made and executed to Trustees of the
United Pentecostal Association Church, Mt. Washington,
Maryland. Incorporated, a religious organization duly incorpo-
rated under the laws of the State of Maryland, from William
T. Howard et al., to Trustees of the United Pentecostal Asso-
ciation Church, Mt. Washington, Maryland, Incorporated, said
deed being dated December 5, 1923, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 585,
folio 116, and to the holding and disposing of the property
therein described by the said Trustees of the United Pente-
costal Association Church, Mt. Washington, Maryland, a body
corporate, according to law.

(53) To the deed made and executed to United Pentecostal
Association Church of Jessups, Maryland, a body corporate, a
religious organization duly incorporated under the laws of the
State of Maryland, from John H. Washington to United Pente-
costal Association, Incorporated, of Jessups, Maryland, said
deed being dated 5th day of January, 1924, and recorded
among the Land Records for Anne Arundel County in Liber
W. M. W. No. 67. folio 336, etc., and to the holding and dis-
posing of the property theerin described by the said United
Pentecostal Association Church of Jessups, Maryland, a body
corporate, according to law.

(54) To the deed and conveyance by the Vestry and War-
dens of Spring Hill Parish to the Vestry and Wardens of
Salisbury Parish of three certain lots or parcels of land with
several improvements thereon, situate in the City of Salisbury,
Wicomico County, Maryland, and more fully described in the
said deed dated April 27th, 1888., and recorded among the
Land Records for Wicomico County, Maryland, in Liber
S. P. T. No. 3, folio 423, etc.

(55) To the deed and conveyance by Lambert A. Walson
and wife to the Vestry and Wardens of Salisbury Parish of
the Protestant Episcopal Church, Salisbury, Maryland, of a
certain lot of ground situate in the said City of Salisbury.
