deceased, of record in "Will, " Liber No. 15, folios 183, etc.,
one of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County:

(a) The sum of two hundred dollars unto the Board of
Trustees or other proper governing body of St. Paul's Re-
formed Church, near Clearspring, to he applied to missionary
work of the German Reformed Church, preferably to the build-
ing, or maintaining of a chapel at Dry Run, in Washington
County, Maryland.

(b) The sum of fifty dollars unto the Trustees or other
property governing body of St. Paul's Reformed Church, near
Clearspring, having in charge the maintenance of the cemetery
at said church, to be held in trust to invest and reinvest the
same and to use the net annual income accruing thereon to keep
in order the burial lot upon which said decedent is buried.

(44) To the deed from John H. Jackson et al., Trustees to
the Tyson Colored Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore
County, of certain property lying on the west side of Falls
Road, north of Cold Spring Lane, and more particularly de-
scribed in deed from said John H. Jackson et al., to said the
Tyson Colored Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore
County, dated the 15th day of June, 1899, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber N. B. M. No.
238. folio 247.

(45) To the deed from Thomas M. Lanaham to the Tyson
Colored Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore County of
all that lot of ground in the City of Baltimore on the east side
of Falls Road, north of Cold Spring Lane and more particu-
larly described in a deed from said Thomas M. Lanahan to the
Tyson Colored Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore
County, dated the 2nd day of January, 1906, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P.
C. No. 295, folio 61.

(46) To the grant and deed executed by Adam S. Weber
to the Faith Reformed Church of Baltimore, Maryland, a body
corporate, said deed being dated February 15, 1897, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
R. O. No. 1661, folio 535, conveying a certain lot of ground
situated on the west side of Patterson Park Avenue between
Lombard and Pratt Streets, the improvements thereon being
now known as No. 130 South Patterson Park Avenue., Balti-
more Maryland.
