Street in Hagerstown, Maryland, of which J. William Nor-
ment is the pastor, the income from said fund to be used for the
general purposes of said church.

(e) The sum of fifty dollars unto the Trustees of the
Christian Church of Eagleville, aforesaid, in trust neverthe-
less, to use the income therefrom to care for the graves of
Daniel and Mary Bitner, parents of her deceased husband, J.
Irvin Bitner.

(40) To the bequest of fifteen hundred dollars unto the St.
Matthew's Lutheran Church, Beaver Creek, Washington Coun-
ty, Maryland, the interest of one thousand dollars of said sum
to be used for the purpose of keeping the said church building
in repair and paying part, of the expenses of the congregation
worshipping there and the interest of five hundred dollars to
be used in keeping the cemetery connected with said church in
proper order and condition, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Jonas C. Doub, late of Washington County, deceased,
of record in "Wills, " Liber No. 15, folios 120, etc., one of the
record books in the office of the Register of Wills for Washing-
ton County.

(41) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Joseph M. Rowland, late of Washington
County, deceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber No. 15, folios
132, etc., one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills for Washington County:

(a) The sum of two hundred dollars to the benefit of the
Manor Church for the keeping in repairs.

(b) The sum of two hundred dollars for the benefit of the
Manor cemetery enclosure.

(42) To the following bequests after the death of George
B. Leary, father of decedent, contained in the last will and
testament of Clara E. Snyder, late of Washington County, de-
ceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber No. 15, folios 158, etc., one
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County:

(a) The sum of one thousand dollars to the Fahrney
Memorial Home.

(b) The sum of five hundred dollars to the Trustees of the
Manor Church (German Baptist).

(43) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Mary E. Cushwa, late of Washington County.
