(b) The sum of fifty dollars and one-half of the rest and
residue of her estate, real, personal and mixed and of every
kind and description whatsoever and wheresoever situate unto
the Vestry and Wardens of Saint John's Episcopal Church
at Hagerstown.
(38) To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the board
of Home Missions of the Reformed Church in the United
States for a church building fund to be known as the Doctor
Edward Kershner Church Building Fund of Zion's Reformed
Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, contained in the last will
and testament of Marietta Kershner, late of Washington
County, deceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber No. 15, folios
66, etc., one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills for Washington County.
(39) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of E. Alice Bitner, late of Washington County,
deceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber No. 15., folios 82, etc.,
one of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills
for Washington County:
(a) The sum of twenty-five hundred dollars unto the For-
eign Christian Missionary Society, whose home office is in
Cincinnati, Ohio, to be used by it for the purposes of said
society; the said society to pay the interest arising therefrom
according to the rules of said society now in force, unto Ina
V. Beachley, of Hagerstown, Maryland, so long as she lives,
and the said sum then to become the absolute property of the
society.
(b) The sum of two thousand five hundred dollars unto
the National Benevolent Association of the Christian Church
whose home office is in St. Louis, Missouri, to be used for the
purpose of said association; the said association to pay the
interest arising therefrom according to the rules thereof, unto
Ina V. Beachley for and during the term of her life and the
said sum then to be and become the absolute property of the
said association.
(c) The sum of five hundred dollars unto the Christian
Church of Eagleville, Center County, Pennsylvania, by what-
soever name said church corporation may be known, the Eagle-
ville named herein being the town which was formerly the
home of J. Irvin Bitner, her deceased husband.
(d) The sum of two thousand dollars unto the Christian
Church of Hagerstown, being the church on South Potomac
