of Hagerstown, Maryland, conducted in connection with the
instruction of children belonging to St. Mary's Catholic
Church in Hagerstown, Maryland, to be used for the improve-
ment of the school building of said school in Hagerstown,
Maryland, and for the personal comfort of the sisters having in
charge the conduct of said school.

(34) To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Ella E. Wolfe, late of Washington County, deceased,
of record in "Wills, " Liber No. 15, folios 23, etc., one of the
record books in the office of the Register of Wills for Washing-
ton County, of the remainder of her estate to be divided equally
between the First Christian Church of Hagerstown and the
Bethany Church of Christ of Downsville, to be used by the
Trustees as they, desire.

(35) To the bequest of one hundred and fifty dollars to
German Reformed Congregation of Christ Church of Christ
of Cavetown (now Christ's Reformed Church of Cavetown,
Maryland), to hold in trust and to invest the same and use the
income thereon for the purpose of keeping up the lot in the
cemetery where decedent is buried, contained in the last will
and testament of Mary Elizabeth Witmer, late of Washington
County, deceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber No. 15. folios
24, etc., one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills for Baltimore County.

(36) To the bequest of one hundred and fifty dollars to
the Church of God known as the Germantown Church, to be
kept on interest, said interest to go to keeping up graves in
cemetery, contained in the last will and testament of Mary
Alice Bowman, late of Washington County, Maryland, de-
ceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber No. 15, folios 28, etc., one
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County.

(37) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Amanda M. Dashiell, late of Washington
County, deceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber No. 15, folios
58, etc.. one of the record books in the office of the Register
of Wills for Washington County:

(a) To the bequest of all her clothing and wearing apparel,
bed clothes and household linens to the branch of the Salvation
Army at Hagerstown, that said branch of said Salvation Army
may give such to women who may be found in need of such
articles.
