Daughters, Incorporated; (5) the interest of one hundred
dollars to be paid to Rose Hill Cemetery Company, to be ap-
plied by them toward keeping the lot on which decedent may
be buried in good condition; (6) and the interest of six hun-
dred dollars to the sister in charge of St. Joseph's School of
Hagerstown, Maryland, for the maintenance of the sanctuary
lamp in said school building.

(b) The sum of one thousand dollars unto Rev. Father
Albert E. Smith in trust for the purpose of paying over the
same to St. Charles' College located in Baltimore, Maryland.

(c) The sum of three hundred dollars to the Little Sisters
of the Poor, located in the City of Washington in the District
of Columbia.

(33) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Annie E. Tierney, late of Washington Coun-
ty, deceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber No. 15, folio 2, one
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County:

(a) The bequest of the proceeds of the sale of the jewelry
of decedent unto the priest in charge of St. Mary's Roman
Catholic Church in Hagerstown. Maryland, for the saying of
masses for the repose of the souls of decedent and the members
of her family.

(b) To the bequest of one pair of brass candle-stocks unto
St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Hagerstown, Maryland,
to be used by said church at the altar of the Blessed Virgin.

(c) The sum of five hundred dollars unto St. Mary's
Roman Catholic Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, to be
placed in the building fund of said church and to be used as
the remainder of said building fund is used.

(d) The sum of two hundred and fifty dollars unto Sister
Constantia, connected with St. Joseph's Parochial School of
Hagerstown, Maryland, to be used by said sister in such man-
ner as she may deem right and proper.

(e) All decedent's clothing and wearing apparel unto the
Sisters of Notre Dame connected with St. Joseph's School in
Hagerstown, Maryland, to be disposed of by said sisters in
such manner as they desire.

(f) To the bequest of the rest and residue of her estate,
real, personal and mixed, after the same shall be converted
into money by her executor, unto St. Joseph's Parochial School
