(b) The sum of fifty dollars to the Church of the Brethren
of Broadfording, Washington County, Maryland, to be used
for the purpose of caring for the lot of Jacob Funk of John,
deceased, father of decedent in the graveyard at Broadfording.
(c) The sum of two thousand dollars after the death of
Barbara E. Smith unto the Fahrney Memorial Home for the
Aged of Washington County.
(d) The sum of two thousand dollars after the death of
Harry E. Schindel, son of decedent, to the General Mission
Board of the Church of the Brethren for the purposes of the
Board, as specified in their Charter.
(e) The sum of four thousand dollars, after the death of
said Harry E. Schindel, to the Church of the Brethren of
Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, three thousand
dollars of which shall be used for the benefit of the church
located on the corner of East Washington and Mulberry Streets
in Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, and one thou-
sand dollars of which shall be used for the benefit of the
chapel, situated on the corner of West Franklin and Alexander
Streets in said town.
(32) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Josephine A. Hurley, late of Washington
County, deceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber No. 15, folios
15, etc., one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills for Washington County:
(a) The sum of thirty-nine hundred dollars to the Hagers-
town Trust Company in trust to hold the same and collect the
income thereof for the purpose of paying, semi-annually, the
interest thereon to the following named persons and corpora-
tions in the proportions herein designated; (1) The interest
of one thousand dollars to be paid to the pastor of St. Mary's
Roman Catholic Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, who, in
consideration thereof, is to say masses throughout each year
for the repose of the souls of decedent and of her dearly be-
loved father and mother; (2) the interest of one thousand dol-
lars to be paid to the pastor of St. Mary's Roman Catholic
Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, to be applied by him to the
maintenance of said church; (3) the interest of one thousand
dollars to be paid to the sister in charge of St. Joseph's School
of Hagerstown, Maryland, to be applied by her to the expenses
of said St. Joseph's School; (4) the interest of two hundred
dollars to be paid to the Hagerstown Circle of the Kings
