or successors, in trust and confidence, nevertheless, that the
same shall be properly invested and the income therefrom to be
used in keeping in proper order and condition the graves in
the Rinehart family burial lot, that is the family burial lot of
decedent, in the church grave yard of said church.

(c) The sum of one hundred dollars to the pastor in charge
of Saint Peter's Catholic Church in Hancock, Washington
County, Maryland, personally.

(29) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Julia A. Harp, late of Washington County,
deceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber "N, " folios 575, etc., one
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County:

(a) The sum of fifty dollars unto the Trustees of Benevola
Chapel of the United Brethren in Christ at Benevola, Wash-
ington County, Maryland.

(b) The sum of fifty dollars unto the Trustees of the
Bethel Church of the United Brethren in Christ at Rohrers-
ville, Washington County, Maryland.

(30) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Rosa E. Warner, late of Washington County,
deceased, of record in ''Wills, " Liber "N, " folios 577, etc.,
one of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills
for Washington County:

(a) The sum of fifty dollars unto the pastor or priest in
charge of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church of Clearspring,
Maryland, at the time of decedent's death, for the purpose of
saying masses for the repose of her soul.

(b) The sum of five hundred dollars unto the pastor or
priest in charge of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church of
Clearspring, Maryland, at the time of decedent's death, for the
purpose of making needful and necessary improvements on said
church property.

(31) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Anna L. Schindel, late of Washington County,
deceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber "N, " folios 578, etc., one
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County:

(a) The sum of five hundred dollars to the Church of the
Brethren of Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland.
