(26) To the bequest of one hundred dollars to Mt. Tabor
Lutheran Church at Fairview, Washington County, Maryland,
contained in the last will and testament of Anna M. Shinham,
late of Washington County, deceased, of record in "Wills, "
Liber "N" folio 526, one of the record books in the office of the
Register of Wills for Washington County.
(27) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of William J. Hurley, late of Washington
County, deceased, of records in "Wills, " Liber "N, " folios
532, etc., one of the record books in the office of the Register
of Wills for Washington County:
(a) The sum of three hundred dollars to the Reverend
George F. Harrington, officiating priest of St. Mary's Catholic
Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, or his duly authorized suc-
cessor, in the event of the said Reverend George F. Harrington
not officiating in said capacity at said church at the time of the
testator's death to be expended by the said Reverend George F.
Harrington, or his said successor in the obtention of masses to
be said for the repose of the soul of testator.
(b) The sum of five thousand dollars unto St. Joseph's
Parochial School of Hagerstown, Maryland, conducted in con-
nection with the instruction of the children belonging to St.
Mary's Catholic Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, and situate
on the north side of West Washington Street in said Hagers-
town.
(c) The sum of five thousand dollars unto St. Mary's
Catholic Church at Hagerstown. Maryland, upon the death or
remarriage of Susie B. Hurley, widow of said William J.
Hurley, deceased.
(28) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Mary Rinehart Cohill, late of Washington
County, deceased, of record in "Wills, " Liber "N" folios 564,
etc., one of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills
for Washington County:
(a) The sum of five hundred dollars to The Sisters of the
Bon Secours, whose postoffice address is 2000 West Baltimore
Street. Baltimore, Maryland.
(b) The sum of five hundred dollars unto the pastor of
Saint Peter's Catholic Church in Hancock, and his successor
