under the laws of the State of Maryland), dated the eighth day
of April, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, and recorded in
Liber S. H. No. 38, at folio 619, etc., one of the Land Record
Books of Anne Arundel County, and in said deed described as
containing nine acres of land, more or less.

(6) To the bequest on one thousand dollars to the Board of
Foreign Missions, Maryland Annual Conference, made by the
will of Thomas E. Harrison, late of Talbot County, Maryland,
deceased.

(7) To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Samuel Martin Bayless, late of Harford County, deceased,
of two thousand dollars ($2, 000) to the Deer Creek Harmony
(Presbyterian) Church of Harford County, the said will being
recorded in the Register of Wills Office of Harford County.

(8) To the deed executed by the St. Paul's Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate, to the
Trustees of the Trinity Baptist Church of Baltimore City, a
religious corporation, incorporated under the laws of the State
of Maryland, said deed being dated April 30th, 1920, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber
S. C. L. No. 3574, folio 421, etc., conveying a certain lot of
ground situated at the intersection of the northeast corner of
Druid Hill Avenue and McMechen Street, in the City of Balti-
more. With full power to said Trustees of the Trinity Baptist
Church to hold, mortgage, sell, convey, lease, or otherwise
dispose of any and all property acquired under the deed here-
inbefore mentioned.

(9) To the conveyance of the lot of ground, on the south-
east corner of Park Heights Avenue and Trainor Avenue, from
Helen F. Mullen to the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Congre-
gation of Baltimore, the said deed being dated January 15,
1923, and recorded in Liber S C. L. No. 3957, folio 275.

(10) To the bequest of $1,000 to the Vestry of Emmanuel
Church, Baltimore (under the name of the Vestry of Emman-
uel Protestant Church in Baltimore City) made by the late
Isaac F. Nicholson in his last will and testament, probated in
the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City on April 7th, 1923.

(11) To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Amanda A. Lemmon, deceased, of Carroll County, of

$500 to the Meadow Branch Congregation of the Church of the
Brethren of Carroll County, the said will being recorded May
