SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Montgomery County be named custodian of
the Circuit Court Law Library of Montgomery County, and,
in such capacity, to have full charge of and responsibility for
the property of said Law Library, and to report in January of
each year to the Montgomery County Judge of the Sixth.
Judicial Circuit of Maryland the condition and location of the
books and other property of said Circuit Court Law Library.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 30, 1924.

CHAPTER 531.
AN ACT to validate, approve and cure any defect in the ten
thousand dollar bond issue issued by the County Commis-
sioners of Montgomery County, Maryland, by virtue of the
authority imposed upon said County Commissioners and
Chapter 360 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1922,
being an Act to create a special taxing area in Woodmont;
and to authorize and direct the County Commissioners to
issue the sum of fifteen thousand dollars in addition to the
ten thousand dollar bond issue heretofore issued for the pur-
pose of road and street improvement within the village of
Woodmont.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the bond issue of ten thousand dollars as of the date
of November 14, 1922, by the County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery County heretofore issued for street improvements in
the Village of Woodmont, by virtue of the authority set forth
in Chapter 360 of the Acts of 1922, be and the same is hereby
validated, approved and all defects removed therefrom so that
the said bond issue as aforesaid shall be a valid and subsisting
obligation of the County Commissioners of Montgomery
County, and the County Commissioners of Montgomery County
are authorized and empowered to dispose of said bonds issued
on November 24, 1922, for the purpose of street and road im-
provements within the village of Woodmont: and the County
Commissioners are authorized and empowered to issue bonds
in the additional sum of fifteen thousand dollars, if the needs
of the said special taxing area of Woodmont may require for
any purposes whatsoever, said bonds to be issued in such series
