defects in the issuances of said bonds are hereby cured and re-
moved, and the County Commissioners of Montgomery County
are hereby authorized to sell and dispose of said bonds as a
subsisting obligation of the County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery County and for the purpose of retiring and redeeming
said bonds the Commissioners of said county are authorized to
issue a special levy to be assessed against the property, both
real and personal, within the village of Alta Vista, each year
hereafter such amount as may be necessary to pay the interest

and principal of said bonds as they may mature.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 530.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners of
Montgomery County to levy the sum of fifteen hundred
($1, 500) dollars for the creation of a Law Library for the
Circuit Court of Montgomery County, and to levy annually
thereafter the sum of three hundred ($300) dollars for the
maintenance and enlargement of said Circuit Court Library,
and to further make the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Mont-
gomery County the custodian of said library and to require
an annual report from said Clerk of the Circuit Court to be
made to the presiding judge of said Circuit Court as to the
condition and location of the books in the Circuit Court
Library.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Montgomery County
are hereby authorized and directed to levy the sum of fifteen
hundred ($1500) dollars, to be expended by the Judge of the
Sixth Judicial Circuit of Maryland, resident in Montgomery
County, for the purchase of the books necessary, in his dis-
cretion, for the establishment of a Circuit Court Law Library.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Montgomery County are hereby authorized and
directed to levy the sum of three hundred ($300) dollars for
the year nineteen hundred and twenty-five (1925), and every
year thereafter, for the maintenance of the Circuit Court Law
Library at Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland.
