tion to the westerly edge of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad
Company's tracks; thence following along the edge of the
right of way in a northeasterly direction 1400 feet more or
less to the center of the Northwest Branch of the Anacostia
River; thence up said Branch to the center line of Banner
Street produced; thence leaving the boundary of the Town
of North Brentwood, and running along the center line of
Banner Street in a southwesterly direction to the center line
of John Street; thence in a southeasterly direction to the
place of beginning.

Second Ward—Beginning at the most northerly corner of
Lot No. 9, Block I of Holladay Company's Addition to Brent-
wood, and running thence with the boundary of the Town of
North Brentwood as hereinbefore set forth in a southwesterly
direction 500 feet more or less to the east side of Meadow
Street produced; thence leaving the boundary of the Town of
North Brentwood, and running with the east side of Meadow
Street in a southeasterly direction to the southwest corner of
Lot No. 5, Block E of the aforementioned subdivision; thence
in an easterly direction to the center line of Lynn Street;
thence in a southeasterly direction to the center line of Banner
Street; thence in a northeasterly direction to the center line
of the Northwest Branch of the Anacostia River and also the
boundary of the Town of North Brentwood; thence with the
boundary of said town and up the Branch to a point where
the northwest line of Lot 22, Block H of the aforementioned
subdivision produced would intersect the center line of the
Northwest Branch, and running thence along said line of Lot
22 produced to the place of beginning.

Third Ward—Beginning at the intersection of the center
line of Banner Street and the center line of Lynn Street, and
running thence in a northwesterly direction along the center
line of Lynn Street to the intersection of the south line of
Lot No. 5, Block E produced; thence along the south side of
said Lot No. 5 to the east side of Meadow Street produced;
thence along the said side of Meadow Street produced to the
boundary of the Town of North Brentwood as hereinbefore
set forth; thence with the boundary of said town in a south-
westerly direction 100 feet more or less to a point on the pro-
longation of the back or east side of the Lots numbered 2, 3,
4 and 5 fronting on Pine Street; thence running along said
line in a southerly direction to the center of Mover's Mill
Race; thence along the Mill Race to the center of Park Ave-
